INSURANCE BENEFITS:

1. Term Insurance = P100,000
If the Plan holder dies before the Maturity Date or
before attaining the age of 75 years, his/her Beneficiary
will be entitled to an amount equal to 100% of the Maturity Benefit.

4. Credit Life
The plan is considered fully paid if in the inevitability
the Plan holder should die within the Investment Period.

2. Accidental Death And Dismemberment = P100,000
The Plan holder or the Beneficiary will be entitled to up to
100% of the Maturity Benefit depending on the seriousness
of the injuries caused by the accident. This is applicable
only until the plan holder is aged 71 years and 6 months
or until the last day before the plan's maturity, whichever
comes first.

5. Additional Insurance Benefits
Special Compassionate Benefit - 10% of MB up to P50,000
Coverage for Murder - 50% of MB up to P50,000
Commercial Flying Coverage

3. Accidental Permanent and Total Disability = P100,000
This provides 3% of the Maturity Benefit per month,
for each month that the Plan holder remains permanently and totally disabled. This benefit begins on the 7th month of such a
disability, to a maximum of thirty two (32) months. An additional 4%
of the maturity benefit is released a month after the 32nd
month payment, if the Plan holder remains permanently and totally
disabled. This Insurance Coverage shall terminate upon
the Maturity Date of the plan.
