When you plan to go there, be sure to have a reservation specially during summer, and make sure that you have a camera. Call the hotel for room reservation than waiting in the airport and looking for taxi. In the hotel, don't be ashamed to complain if you don't like the room. A hotel should be clean and elegant. The manager should know who is coming and leaving the hotel. You should also know how to tip the room boy and other servant in the hotel. They are the best people around because they endure patience and other good quality of services. You should learn from them. If the service is mediocre then you are at the wrong hotel.
Don't forget your sun block lotion. Protect your skin from the sun. Try also to learn some basic sentence in Spanish, it helps. Aside from the beaches there, they have also a lot of beautiful national parks, museum, land marks and don't forget the fiestas and the famous Matador.
When you are financially free then it follows that you can spend vacation anywhere without worrying about money anymore. No matter what your hobby is, money involved. I used business class when I fly with my favorite airlines, Cathay Pacific.

Huwag maging Dayuhan sa sariling bayan. Encourage foreigners to visit Philippines, by doing so you help our country generates income. Sell the Philippines! Be an ambassador of good well to our country. Talk positive about the Philippines. By the way I had been to those places in the Philippines. Buy Filipino goods and products, doing our share will help again generate jobs to our people. Like for example when you buy foods in the market look for a level at the back whether it is made in the Philippines. It is also advisable to buy appliances in the Philippines. Why? Because it is expensive to send them to the Philippines and of course the warranty coverage. If you carry them as a luggage, it is difficult and hassle.
